Global Consulting Firm

We began working with JDX in 2017 to promote its consultancy work. After several years of solid thought leadership coverage, JDX President Jonathan Davis asked if we could pivot our attention to promoting the firm’s unique culture, values and people, of which he is justifiably proud. In a few short years since its inception in 2012 JDX had been recognised repeatedly in the Sunday Times Tech Track listings both for its domestic and international growth, and is now widely acknowledged as one of the UK’s fastest growing companies.

JDX, unlike other city consultancies, is comprised of over 50% women, providing a rigorous training academy for all staff which focuses on preparing anyone for management and leadership roles and emphatically supports inclusivity in its promotion cycles. It also promotes a leadership style that centres around coaching and diverse thinking. One of the core initiatives for JDX this year was to deliver a week long learning and development festival for all its UK staff and our remit was to promote this undertaking to the UK media.

With just two weeks to prepare, we secured coverage in the national press with a piece in The Times’ supplement on employee engagement and benefits, two byline articles in popular diversity websites We are the City and DiversityQ, full episodes of the Trainer Tools and Near Futurist podcasts devoted to JDX’s L&D initiatives, and helped the organisation receive nearly 300 likes for #JDXlearningfestival LinkedIn posts.

Jonathan Davies, President, JDX, “The Comms Crowd has delighted us with the results of the Learning Festival campaign. Their work had a demonstrable effect on excitement and awareness – not just of the festival itself, but of the strong culture and values we hold as a company. The fact they could execute such a successful campaign that doesn’t strictly sit in their wheelhouse as FinTech specialists demonstrates their adaptability, intelligence, and – something we value greatly at JDX – their ‘can do’ attitude.”
